Video guide: book, change and cancel your Frankfurt airport transfer online

Trip, address and fare (0:00)

Welcome to Flying Star. In a few minutes, we will show you how to book your airport transfer and manage everything yourself in your account. First, choose your trip: to the airport, from the airport, or a round trip. Type your address and pick one of the suggestions. Coming from the airport? Your address is simply the destination. Distance, drive time and price appear at once, including VAT. With a round trip, the price counts two trips.

Date and flight number (0:35)

In step two, use the calendar to choose your pickup day and time. Enter your flight number. We detect your flight and terminal and suggest a pickup time, which you can change. On arrival, we plan with your flight's landing time.

Vehicle, details and payment (0:54)

In step three, choose your vehicle. The recommended one is at the top, based on passengers and luggage. In step four, enter your details. Add any requests under Notes. Then choose how to pay: online, or on site. Each option shows the amount you pay. Finally, check everything in the summary and send your booking. We confirm by email. Only then is your ride firmly booked. On your smartphone, you book with the same steps. Book online at least twelve hours before pickup. For shorter notice, call us or send a WhatsApp message.

Account and sign-in (1:39)

For your account, fill in the form. We send a code to your email address. Enter it in the same browser, and your account is ready. The code is valid for ten minutes. To sign in, enter your email address and you receive a code. Type the six digits and you are signed in. Or use your password, Google or Facebook.

My bookings and ticket (2:03)

Under My bookings, you see all your rides: upcoming, past and cancelled. Each ride shows the booking number, date, route, vehicle and price. Under Details, you find your flight, terminal and luggage. This is also where you download your ticket as a PDF. Your ticket shows the pickup time, pickup place and destination, your flight, the vehicle and the payment.

Change and cancel (2:32)

With Change, you can adjust the date, time, flight number and notes for the driver. This works online up to four hours before pickup. The new pickup time must be at least twelve hours ahead. You can also correct the name, phone and address for this ride here. Route, terminal, number of passengers, luggage and child seats change the price. For these, please call us. With Cancel, you call off a ride. We ask you once more, because this cannot be undone online. You only need a billing address if your invoice should show a company or a different address. The menu also has your profile, password change, a new booking and sign-out.
