No, tipping is not mandatory. The fixed price covers the entire service. If you were particularly satisfied, the driver naturally appreciates it – but it's entirely your choice.

Yes. From the airport you can book with us spontaneously – even right after landing. For trips to the airport we recommend at least 4 hours notice.

Depending on the vehicle, 1 to 8 people. For larger groups we deploy several vehicles in parallel.

• Estate/Kombi (E-Class Estate / VW Passat Variant): 1–4 people, 4 large suitcases + 2 backpacks

For groups over 8 people we combine several minibuses.

Please state your luggage when booking so we can provide the right vehicle.

For groups up to 8 people we recommend the Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer. For larger groups we deploy several minibuses in parallel.

We have already organized group transfers for up to 18 people (e.g. corporate and government delegations). For conferences and events we're happy to provide a customized fixed-price quote.

Yes. All our vehicles have modern air conditioning. You can adjust the temperature with the driver at any time.

Yes. All FlyingStar vehicles are strictly non-smoking – for a clean, pleasant ride for all passengers.

Frankfurt Airport (FRA) currently has two active terminals: Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Terminal 3 is under construction and not yet in operation.

• Terminal 3: new building, opening not yet complete

If your booking system shows "Terminal 3", please contact us – we'll determine the correct terminal based on your flight number.

Terminal 1: Upper level (departure level), Exit B-6.

Take the escalator or elevator one level up to the departure level. Our driver will contact you beforehand by phone or WhatsApp and will be waiting there with a name sign.

Terminal 2: Exit E-9.

Terminal 2 is single-level – you don't need to change floors. After collecting your luggage, go directly to Exit E-9.

Our driver will contact you after landing by phone or WhatsApp and wait with a name sign at the meeting point.

1. Landing: Live flight tracking, driver calls you.
2. Baggage claim: You inform the driver again.
3. Vehicle details: Driver shares make, color, license plate.
4. Meeting point: Pickup within 5 minutes (T1: B-6, T2: E-9).

For international guests: Use the free Wi-Fi at the airport, we'll contact you via WhatsApp. Reduced mobility: We'll pick you up directly at your location.

No problem. As soon as you give us your flight number, we monitor the flight automatically and know which terminal you'll land at. You don't need to worry about anything.

We recommend being at Frankfurt Airport at least 3 hours before departure.

• Schengen flights: 2 hours before
• Non-Schengen flights: 3 hours before
• Peak times (holidays): 3.5 hours before

We calculate your pickup time automatically – punctual and with a buffer for unexpected traffic.

Plan at least 3 hours from arrival at the airport to boarding. Security itself takes 15–60 minutes, longer at peak times. With our punctual transfer you have enough buffer.

The fastest and most comfortable way is our fixed-price transfer (approx. 20 minutes, from €45).

You can cancel your booking online in your customer account – free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup.

If your flight is cancelled, no additional costs apply. We cancel the booking free of charge or reschedule it to your new travel date.

If your flight is delayed, your driver waits free of charge until you've collected your luggage. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time automatically – at no extra cost.

All vehicles are cleaned and disinfected after every trip – including all contact surfaces. Weekly deep cleaning and hand sanitizer in the vehicle are standard.

As a passenger you are comprehensively insured – through statutory passenger transport liability and our comprehensive vehicle insurance. We immediately provide a replacement vehicle; all drivers are first-aid trained.

Yes, pets are welcome. Please inform us of the type and size when booking. Dogs should be in a suitable carrier/with a safety harness. Guide dogs travel free of charge.

Yes, our service is particularly suitable for seniors – comfortable entry/exit, luggage assistance and door-to-door service with no transfers. Meet & Greet recommended.

Yes. We're happy to transport passengers using a wheelchair. Direct pickup at your location at the airport, assistance getting in/out, vans with ample space. Please indicate this when booking.

Yes. For every trip you receive a proper invoice with 19% VAT shown separately, including all mandatory details under German tax law (§14 UStG). For corporate clients also with project or cost center number.

Yes. You can pay directly in the vehicle by credit card, debit card or contactless (Apple Pay, Google Pay). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Girocard. Processed via SumUp.

No problem – pay conveniently by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or on invoice. Alternatively via a payment link (SumUp/PayPal), even after the trip.

Yes. After every trip you automatically receive a proper invoice by email – ideal for your expense report. On request also issued to a different recipient.

The main difference: with an airport transfer you book a fixed price in advance, with a taxi you pay a variable metered fare.

Yes – for trips of 3 days or more, our airport transfer is usually cheaper than parking at Frankfurt Airport.
