No. We drive passengers who can sit during the ride and need no medical care. For emergencies or lying transport, please contact an ambulance service.

Can I travel with a wheelchair?

Yes, please mention it when booking. We then check which vehicle fits and plan extra time for getting in and out.

Can a companion travel with me?

Yes. Companions travel in the same vehicle – up to 4 people in the saloon or estate car, up to 7 in the minibus.

Can I book the ride for a patient?

Yes. Clinics, agencies and relatives can book for the patient. We confirm all details in writing to the person booking.

What if the flight is delayed?

With a correct flight number we track the flight and adjust the pickup. At Frankfurt Airport there is then no waiting charge.

Can I cancel free of charge?

Yes, up to 4 hours before the agreed pickup time, in writing. After that we charge 100% of the fixed price.
