    Event nights and the pedestrian zone often make it impossible to stop right at the entrance. Tell us where you are – we name a spot the car can reach.

  • Hotel or main station

    For hotels we need the name and the entrance; at the Hauptbahnhof the exact waiting point. Up to 15 minutes of waiting at the pickup address cost nothing extra.

  • “Mainz-” in the address

    Kastel, Kostheim and Amöneburg are part of Wiesbaden. Please type the full address so nobody drives to the wrong side of the Rhine.

  • Clay Kaserne and housing areas

    On military sites the rules of the base decide who may drive in. If our car cannot enter, we meet you at the gate you name.

To Frankfurt Airport: A66, Wiesbadener Kreuz, A3 – how long it takes

Most routes leave Wiesbaden on the A66 and join the A3 at the Wiesbadener Kreuz; from the east you are on the A3 almost immediately. Without traffic the city centre is about half an hour from Terminal 1. Weekday mornings and late afternoons are a different matter – plan a buffer rather than relying on the best case.

Tell us when you want to leave home, not when your flight departs, and pick the right terminal in the calculator. Terminal 3 and the long-distance station can be selected as separate destinations.

S8 or S9 – or door to door?

Both suburban lines run from Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof to the airport station under Terminal 1. That works well with a backpack from the city centre. With several suitcases, children, a pushchair or a 5 a.m. flight from Naurod or Frauenstein, the car saves you the trip to the station and the change of level at the airport.

Why is Nordenstadt cheaper than the city centre?

Because it is closer to the airport by road: Nordenstadt, Delkenheim and Breckenheim sit right next to the A3. For every Wiesbaden airport transfer the fare is based on the driven distance.
