Yes. Please give us the guest’s name for the sign, a mobile number and the flight number. We confirm all details to you in writing.

What if the flight is delayed?

With a correct flight number we track the flight and adjust the welcome. At Frankfurt Airport there is then no waiting charge.

Which vehicles are available?

Saloon and estate car for up to 4 passengers, minibus for up to 7. Larger groups travel in several vehicles.

Do you also drive VIP guests within Frankfurt?

Yes. Rides between hotel, office, venue and restaurant in Frankfurt are arranged by phone, WhatsApp or email with a fixed-price quote in advance.

Can I cancel free of charge?

Yes, up to 4 hours before the agreed pickup time, in writing. After that we charge 100% of the fixed price.
