Frankfurt city to airport – transfers from your hotel, the main station or the Messe

Calculated on 22 October 2026 with the route and fare logic of our calculator, from the centre of each neighbourhood (Sachsenhausen: Schweizer Platz). Return journey = two trips.

• Main station

  The Hbf has several exits and the forecourt is busy. Tell us which side you are on; we agree a point where the car is allowed to stop, and the driver calls you on arrival.

• Messe Frankfurt

  During large fairs the roads around the exhibition grounds are slow and some entrances are closed to cars. Name the entrance you will use (for example City or Torhaus) and plan an extra buffer.

• Hotels

  Give us the exact hotel name and street – several hotels share a name across the city. Pickup is at the hotel entrance or driveway; up to 15 minutes of waiting are included.

• Offices in the banking district

  For a tower in the Westend or the banking district, give the street entrance, not just the company name. Underground car parks usually cannot be used for pickups.

• Once confirmed, your fare is a fixed price – a jam on the B43 does not change it.
• No night surcharge: an early ride to a morning flight costs the same as a ride at midday.
• Extra stops – for example a second hotel – and extra luggage belong in the booking and the fare.
• Baby seat or child seat €6 each, booster €5 – please book them with the ride.

   Flight number in the booking

   We follow your landing time. With a correct flight number there are no waiting charges at FRA.

   Collect your baggage

   When you have your suitcases, call or message your driver – please keep your phone on after landing.

   Exit and car details come with your confirmation; our pickup instructions explain Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

   To your hotel or door

   Usually 15 to 25 minutes later you are at your hotel, office or home. A greeting with a name sign can be arranged separately.
