Private transfer instead of a shared ride

Your Frankfurt Airport transfer with FlyingStar is a private ride: we pick you up at home, at the office or at your hotel and drive you directly to the terminal – without changing trains, without stops for other passengers and without looking for a parking space. After landing, we take you from Frankfurt Airport back home, to your hotel or to Messe Frankfurt.

Many customers search for an airport taxi or a Frankfurt Airport shuttle. With us you get both in one: the planning of a pre-booked transfer and a vehicle that drives only for you. Our base is in Rüsselsheim am Main, about 12 km from the airport, so we are quickly on site for early flights too.

How your booking works

You book online in a few steps: enter pickup address, destination, date and time, then the number of passengers and pieces of luggage. The calculator immediately shows the fare and only offers vehicles that fit your details. Then add your contact details, the flight number for airport pickups and the payment method, and send your request.

Your ride becomes binding once we confirm it in writing, usually by email. Online bookings are possible up to 12 hours before pickup. If you need a ride at shorter notice, call us or send a WhatsApp message and we will check whether a vehicle is available. You can also send booking requests by phone around the clock.

Fixed price: how your fare is calculated

The fare is based on the distance between pickup and destination and on the vehicle class. Once confirmed, it is a fixed price for the confirmed journey details – traffic jams and detours on the confirmed route cost nothing extra. The time of day does not change the online fare, so there is no night surcharge. The price includes 19 % VAT, which is shown on your invoice.

Optional extras are clearly listed: a baby seat or child seat costs €6, a booster seat €5 per seat. Additional stops, route changes at your request or more passengers and luggage that require a larger vehicle change the price. A return trip counts as two rides. At Frankfurt Airport there is no waiting charge if you give a correct flight number.

Pickup at Frankfurt Airport

With a correct flight number we monitor your flight. If you land earlier or later, your driver adjusts the pickup time. Shortly after landing, the driver calls you on the mobile number you gave us. As soon as you have your luggage, call or message the driver again – he will tell you the vehicle, colour and number plate.

Our meeting points: Terminal 1 upper level, exit B-6; Terminal 2 exit E-9; Terminal 3 departures, first exit G, H, J. Passengers with a foreign number can use the free Wi-Fi at Frankfurt Airport to reach us via WhatsApp. If you travel with a wheelchair or walking aid, we pick you up exactly where you are.

Vehicles for individuals, families and groups

Choose the vehicle by the number of people and pieces of luggage. A saloon takes up to 4 people and 3 large suitcases, an estate car up to 4 people and 4 suitcases, a minibus up to 7 people and 8 suitcases. Larger groups of up to 18 people travel together in several vehicles at the same time – with one booking.

Travelling with children? Book baby seats, child seats or booster seats in advance; we provide them subject to availability. Please also state special luggage such as pushchairs, sports equipment or extra suitcases when booking, so that the right vehicle is planned.

For business trips, hotels and Messe Frankfurt

For business travellers we plan reliable rides with a VAT invoice – to the airport, to Messe Frankfurt or to appointments in the region. We also pick up your guests at Frankfurt Airport if you cannot be there yourself: they only pay the agreed fixed price and do not have to worry about extra costs.

Besides transfers to and from Frankfurt Airport, you can also book rides within Frankfurt with us, for example from your hotel to Messe Frankfurt or from the main station to your hotel.

We drive to and from Frankfurt Airport from all over Germany. Many of our passengers come from the Rhine-Main area and the surrounding regions, for example from Rüsselsheim, Mainz, Wiesbaden, Darmstadt, Mannheim or Heidelberg. Cancellation, waiting time and payment

You can cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before the agreed pickup time, in writing (for example by email or WhatsApp) with your booking number. For later cancellations or no-shows we charge 100 % of the fixed price. Please tell us about changes as early as possible.

Waiting time: at Frankfurt Airport there is no waiting charge with a correct flight number. At other airports, 60 minutes of waiting time are free from the actual landing; at other pickup places, 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time. Payment is in cash to the driver by default; when booking online you can also choose PayPal or card payment.
