Overview

No parking hassle, no taxi chaos after the event

After a concert or a party, everyone wants to go home at the same time. With a Flying Star event transfer your vehicle is ready at the agreed time: nobody has to drive, nobody has to look for a parking space and the whole group travels together.

We also plan day trips and tours with you – to the wineries of the Rheingau, to sights in Frankfurt, Mainz or Heidelberg, or as a round trip with several stops. You tell us where you want to go, we take care of route and timing.

FAQ

Questions about our event & tour transfer

All questions and answers

How many people can travel?

Up to 7 in a van (V-Class) and up to 8 in a minibus. For larger groups we use several vehicles.

How do you calculate the price of an event or tour transfer?

For events and tours we prepare an individual fixed-price quote. It depends on the route, number of stops, waiting time and vehicle size.

Can the driver wait during the event?

Yes. On request we include waiting time on site and the return trip right away.

How early should I request an event transfer?

The earlier the better – especially on trade fair days and summer weekends. Send us the date, addresses and number of people and we will quickly get back to you with a quote.
