Overview

A taxi to the airport – just without surprises

A regular taxi charges by the meter: traffic jams, diversions and night-time rides make the price hard to predict. With the Flying Star airport taxi, the price is fixed when you book and stays that way until you arrive – with no night, weekend or holiday surcharge.

Our airport taxi is especially popular in Rüsselsheim, Groß-Gerau, Mainz, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt. Because we are based right next to the airport, our drivers reach you quickly – also for early flights and late arrivals.

Airport taxi vs. taxi rank

The reliable alternative to the taxi rank

At a taxi rank you never know how long you will wait or what the ride will cost in the end. With a pre-booked airport taxi, your driver is ready at the agreed time, the price is confirmed in writing and your flight is tracked live.

Written booking confirmation
Live flight tracking
Free waiting time if delayed
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before

Is the airport taxi more expensive than a regular taxi?

Often not: you pay a fixed price with no night or holiday surcharge, whereas a taxi charges by meter and time of day. You can see your price straight away in the price calculator.
