or just Taxi. We also provide courier services and express transportation for our clients. With Flyingstar you can book your journey in three different ways.
You can book online using the booking form here on our website and you will immediately receive a confirmation that we have received your request. Shortly after, you will receive a booking confirmation by email from one of our staff. If booking on the platform is too cumbersome for you, one of our staff will also be happy to take your order on WhatsApp. +(49) 15153684687 and you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp. Or you can book your trip by phone +(49)61423016333 and they can leave your travel information with us so we can plan your trip together.
WHAT DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU SUPPORT?
Flying Star Airport Shuttle accepts cash payments as well as credit cards and PayPal, of course you will receive a regular receipt for each payment.
Can I book your transfer for another person with my credit/debit card?
Our Airport Shuttle Service Frankfurt offers you the possibility to book a ride for other people and if you want to pay in advance, you can do it on our PayPal account.
WHAT IF THE TRANSFER DOES NOT SHOW UP?
If you book a ride with us and our Airport Shuttle car does not reach you due to technical reasons or a problem in the online system, you can call a local cab to continue your trip if there is a difference between the cost of our trip and the cost of the other cab ride. We will refund you the extra money. We will not refund extra money if our driver comes to pick you up and has an accident on the way.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER ON YOUR WEBSITE TO BOOK A TRANSFER?
On our website you can book a ride without registration. But a one-time registration will save your time in the future for online ride booking.
WHAT ARE THE CURRENT DEPLOYMENT LOCATIONS?
We pick you up anywhere in Germany and Europe, if your destination is Frankfurt Airport. Or vice versa from Frankfurt Airport, you want to travel throughout Germany or Europe.
IS THERE A SURCHARGE ON TOP OF MY STANDARD RATE?
