Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all transfer and driving services offered (e.g., airport, hotel, trade fair, and long-distance transfers) booked via telephone, email, messenger, or our website.
Individual agreements in the booking confirmation (e.g., special services, specific pickup locations) take precedence over these GTC.
Booking and Conclusion of Contract
By submitting a booking request, you make a binding offer.
A contract is formed once we confirm your booking in text form (e.g., email/messenger) or perform the trip as agreed.
Please check the booking confirmation immediately for accuracy regarding dates, times, addresses, number of persons, luggage, and contact details.
Scope of Service and Pickup
We transport you at the agreed time from the agreed pickup address to the destination.
For airport pickups, the meeting point specified in the confirmation applies (e.g., Arrival Area/Meeting Point).
Please keep your phone switched on and remain reachable on the day of the trip.
Fixed Price Guarantee
The price stated in the confirmation is a fixed price for the confirmed route and data (date/time, persons, luggage).
The fixed price applies regardless of actual traffic conditions.
Additional costs only arise for extra services, such as:
Additional stops or significant route changes at your request.
Special/excess luggage not specified during booking that requires a different vehicle.
Waiting fees outside the free waiting periods (except for the FRA special case).
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in cash to the driver (in Euro) after the service is rendered.
Other payment methods (e.g., card, bank transfer, PayPal) are only possible if agreed in advance and stated in the booking confirmation.
Cancellation and Fees
Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations must be made in text form (email/messenger) including the booking number.
For cancellations less than 4 hours before pickup or "No-Shows," a flat fee of 100% of the fixed price will be charged.
The customer reserves the right to prove that no damage or significantly lower damage occurred.
Flight Monitoring and Cooperation
Correct Flight Number: Must include the airline code and number (e.g., "LH 123") and the correct date.
Monitoring: If a correct flight number is provided, we monitor the flight status to adjust our dispatching to the actual arrival.
Duty to Cooperate: Please inform us as early as possible about changes (e.g., rebookings or arrival at a different terminal).
Waiting Times and Fees
Special Case: Frankfurt Airport (FRA): No waiting fees apply if a correct flight number was provided and the passenger arrives on that flight.
Other Airports: Up to 60 minutes of waiting time is free, starting from the actual landing.
Non-Airport Pickups: Up to 15 minutes of waiting time is free, starting from the agreed pickup time.
No-Show Definition
The passenger does not appear at the meeting point and is unreachable despite at least three contact attempts.
The passenger cancels less than 4 hours before the pickup.
The passenger does not arrive on the specified flight without timely notification.
Substitute Taxi and Reimbursement
If we fail to perform a confirmed trip due to our own error (e.g., dispatching error), you may take a regular taxi for the same route.
Reimbursement: We will refund the difference between our fixed price and the proven taxi fare.
Evidence (taxi receipt, booking number, route details) must be submitted within 14 calendar days.
This does not apply to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., accidents, extreme weather, or road closures).
