Our driver will contact you after landing via the mobile number you provided. Once you have collected your luggage, please inform the driver again. The driver will then provide you with the exact vehicle details and pick you up at the exit within five minutes.

For guests with reduced mobility: If you arrive in a wheelchair or need assistance walking, our driver will pick you up directly from your location.
WhatsApp communication for international guests: Guests with a foreign mobile phone number can use the free Wi-Fi at Frankfurt Airport, allowing us to contact them via WhatsApp. In urgent cases, we can also reach them via their international number.
